Funeral services for Kathryn Lewis will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden. Officiating will be the Rev. Richard Methvin and the Rev. Bill Ichter. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. today (Thursday June 16, 2011) at Rose-Neath.
Kathryn was born April 12, 1931 in Athens and entered into rest June 15, 2011 in Minden.
Her husband, David W. Lewis; son, Michael A. Lewis; and sister, Frances Watson, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sister, Patsy Graves of Ferriday; grandchildren, Jennifer Lewis Corley and husband, Casey of Bossier City, Karen Lewis of Minden and David Lewis of Minden; great-grandchildren, Jessica and Sawyer Lee and Britten Culverhouse.
Pallbearers will be John Thompson, Josh Davis, Billy Ray, Rodger Watson, Darwin Cox and Jerry Almond.
Honorary pallbearers will be Russell Sanders and Ronnie Sale.
