Glenbrook netters finish season undefeated

The Glenbrook tennis team swept a pair of matches from Riverfield last week to end their season undefeated with a 7-0 record overall and 4-0 in district.

"During the past seasons we have had individuals who were district winners, but this is the first time in several years that we have claimed the team title," Glenbrook tennis coach Wayne Orr said. "I am so very pleased for our two senior boys who have been that solidifying factor in each of our contests. Their years of dedication to the program end on a high note. They are the No. 2 seed in the South A Tournament that begins next week in Natchez, MS. In doubles play, they are undefeated and are seeded behind the reigning South A Champions."
