BATON ROUGE — Members of the Lakeside track team took a step toward the Indoor State Championship by their performances at the LSU Qualifier on January 26. To qualify, a runner has to have one of the 14 top times in his/her event in Division II (AAA, AA, A, B, & C) in the 5 Louisiana Indoors meets contested in January and February.
Enrique Soto ran a 4:39 in the 1600 which is the 2nd place position in Division II.
North Webster High School will be hosting a track meet for the first time on Friday, March 8.
