A look at the Louisiana High School Officials

The Louisiana High School Officials Association (LHSOA) is an organization of officials for all LHSAA sanctioned sports whose purpose is to serve as a single voice for member officials, their rights, and their welfare. The association works to increase officiating participation and assists in statewide recruitment and retention of officials.

An executive committee serves as the base for the association. There are four LHSOA committee members for football and basketball, three for baseball and softball, and two for volleyball, soccer, and wrestling.
