Lakeside Warriors get first district win

SIBLEY — The Lakeside Warriors got their first district win of the year with a last-second win over Homer Tuesday night in Sibley.

After a back-and-forth game, Lakeside's Jamarion Teal tipped in a missed shot at the buzzer to give the Warriors the 58-56 win.

"It was a great win for us," Lakeside head coach Jason Gould said. "The kids were excited and hopefully we can carry this momentum the rest of the week and the rest of the season."
