During Minden Fire Department's annual dinner Monday, Minden Fire Chief Kip Mourad (left) awarded Benny Gray for his time spent in service. Gray thanked Mourad, the department and retired Chief T.C. Bloxom (foreground, left) for their service. Gray said a demonstration Bloxom gave in the 1950's is what made him want to be a firefighter.
