Camper fire claims Minden man’s life

One of Webster Parish's rural fire districts recorded its first fire-related fatality in years when a 25-year-old man died in the early morning hours Wednesday after flames swept through his camper trailer north of Minden.

Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton identified the victim as Robin Lynn Coker, who had been living in the camper located at the end of Garland Road, a dead-end road off La. Hwy. 159 (Lewisville Road) approximately five miles north of Minden.
