Arrest made in Webster Parish, near Minden
Proving there is no such thing as a "routine" traffic stop, a Louisiana State Trooper netted a a wanted fugitive Sunday morning after pulling him over for not using headlights.
Troop G public information officer Matt Harris said shortly after 10:30 a.m., the trooper observed a 2010 Nissan Altima traveling east on Interstate 20, just east of Minden around mile post 53.
