Just in time for summer fun, new restaurants are springing up in Minden and ready for business.
The 507 Grill has been open since January 15, and business is looking up for owners Shelly Moesch and Curtis Mays. The duo is working on adding to their menu, obtaining their liquor license and extending their hours to include a breakfast menu. They will also install several televisions for patrons to enjoy sports games.
“We really like the hometown feel downtown Minden has,” Moesch said. “And we wanted to give the people in Minden someplace to come that was a little different so they don’t have to drive to Shreveport or Bossier for good food.”
