Bayou Dawn's, Too hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening, earlier this month.
The resturant is located at 26026 Hwy 371, Sarepta in Timberland Truck Stop.
The new business is owned by Dawn Bergeron and her husband, Steven. They also own Bayou Dawn's Snoballs, Sweets & Eats in Springhill which will be open seasonally in the summer.
The Springhill-North Webster Chamber of Commerce was on hand to welcome Bayou Dawn's, Too. Chamber President David Scruggs of Kenyan Enterprises welcomed all who attended and introduced Chamber Board members, Debbie Stubblefield of Carter Federal and Shannon Gilliland of GISFOTO.
Bayou Dawn's, Too is open Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m.until 3 p.m. with a country style buffet. Daily lunch specials are always available.
The menu offers soup, salads, sandwiches and Cajun dinners. A kid's menu is also available. Delivery is also available with a minimum of 10 orders and a $2 delivery charge.
Chamber Manager, Jessica Caraway, reminded everyone of upcoming events including the Krewe of Artemis Grand Bal coming up this Saturday, Jan. 12 and the Main Street Mardi Gras parade on Saturday, January 26.

Dawn then treated everyone to some of her delicious food such as chicken and sausage gumbo, onion rings, fish and Cajun dynamites which are spicy fried mushroom.
Mandy Liner, restaurant manager, whipped up a large order of boudin balls for everyone's dining pleasure and not one was left.
The lucky door prize winners received gift certificates for a free appetizer, free lunch and free dinner for two.
