An Arkansas man has been arrested by Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) enforcement agents for forging timber deeds.
David Mallard, 51, of the 600 block of East Pope Street, Taylor, Arkansas was arrested Wednesday and charged with five felony counts of theft of timber valued at nearly $42,000.
