
One woman's idea of being a helpful neighbor netted her $277 and a stint in jail.
Bridget Kinsey, 48, of the 100 block of Angelee Street, was arrested on a warrant for theft of a motor vehicle after allegedly selling her neighbor's car to a salvage company.
Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper said Officer 1st Class Kenneth James was dispatched to a residence on Graves Street on April 29, in reference to a stolen vehicle.
