An Arkansas man won't be driving drunk on Webster Parish roads for a while.

Webster Parish Sheriff's patrol deputies arrested Taylor Ray Smith, 20, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) third offense, improper lane usage, and driving under suspension of a DWI.
