Super to limit agency visits

Attempts to counsel Webster Parish students will be monitored more closely, after an alleged issue was reported by school administrators.

"You can't let anyone just come in and visit with kids," Webster Parish School superintendent Steve Dozier said. "There is a problem when counselors and others providing services don't come through us, and they go directly to the kids."
