Lady Tiders get late win over North Webster

SIBLEY —Miranda Fisher led the Minden High Lady Tiders in scoring their 46-44 win over North Webster Wednesday, but it was another Lady Tider that sealed the win.

Metosha Gill drove the length of the court to hit a lay-up as time ran out to give Minden High a first-round win in the Don Stahl Memorial Tournament at Lakeside.

"Metosha did an excellent job," Lady Tider head coach Jacob Brown said. "North Webster had tied it up and after a time out, Metosha did a great job going down and hitting the game winner."
