Minden tops North DeSoto

STONEWALL—The Minden Crimson Tide scored four runs in the first three innings and then withstood a bottom of the seventh comeback bid to beat North DeSoto, 6-4 Saturday.

The Tide scored first with a run in the top of the first, and the Griffins added a solo run in the bottom of the inning to tie it up.

The Tide came back with another run in the second and then two more in the third to lead, 4-1. Minden added two runs in the top of the sixth to take a 6-1 lead going into the seventh.
