Narcotics agents have arrested two north Webster Parish men and one from Taylor, Arkansas on drug distribution charges.
Tobey Zane Cannon, 36, of Lafayette County Road 69, Taylor, was arrested February 18 on Main Street in Springhill for distribution of CDS Sch. II methamphetamine.
