Jack Blalock of Camp Minden-based Tiburon Associates, will be the speaker at Thursday's meeting of the Noon Lions Club. Tiburon refurbishes armored military vehicles returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The Noon Lions meet in the American Legion Hall on Pine Street.
