Donor memorialized in  special ceremony Friday

The night Mickey Walker died, doctors say he suffered a heart attack. But because Walker held in that heart a deep love for mankind, his family made sure others would live by donating his organs and tissue.

"As difficult as it was on December 13, the easy part was signing the papers to fulfill his wish to be an organ and tissue donor," Walker's wife Patti said. "We always knew that if put in that situation, he would participate."
