BOSSIER — The Lakeside Warriors went into Friday's game with Parkway with a 2-0 record and look to go 3-0 for the first time in a long time, but the Panthers proved to be too much, beating the Warriors, 54-12.
"It was a tough one overall," Lakeside head coach Terrence Quarles said. "We started off the game real slow on both sides of the ball. We had some chances where we could have set the stage and gained some momentum, but we just didn't take advantage of it and they were able to get their motors running and took over."
