Man arrested for unauthorized use
Being a good Samaritan doesn't always pay well, as one Minden man learned the hard way. Police reports say the man loaned his vehicle to a friend who returned several day later – in handcuffs. The vehicle was found in Bienville Parish where it had been wrecked and burned.
Keith Gibbs, 49, of the 600 block of Watts Circle has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
