Tide rolls past Woodlawn, 82-57

The Minden Crimson Tide improved to 19-4 overall and 2-1 in district as they beat the Woodlawn Knights, 82-57, Friday night at the Palace at Minden High.

"We played an outstanding first half," Tide head coach Alan Shaw said. "We jumped on Woodlawn early. We handled their pressure and got a lot of easy lay-ups. We played good defense and we did a good job on the boards which limited their second chance shots. It was a really good defensive effort."
