While citizens here will be crowning Miss Minden 2013 this weekend, a local beauty will be in Las Vegas watching the country crown Miss America.
Jordan Marie Lary, Miss Junior Teen Princess Louisiana, said she is "extremely excited" about attending the Miss America Pageant.
