Going, Going, Gone

Our annual Weep 'N Wail day (April 15) has come and gone. The tax man has cometh and our hard earned dollars have goneth; and they've goneth into the bottomless waste dump called government spending. Truth be known, those dollars have been spent long before they've been deposited.
No matter how hard we try, we just can't seem to outwithhold faster than Washington hired hands can outspend their budgeted limits. Oops...forgot that in the language of D.C., there is no phraseology which permits limits to be applied to a budget.
