Six North Webster residents arrested on drug charges

SPRINGHILL — Six Webster Parish residents are behind bars after officers of the North Webster Narcotic Task Force armed with arrest warrants put the finishing touch to lengthy investigations into illegal drug trafficking in the northern part of the parish.

"These arrests Thursday were the result of collecting information from sources and making undercover drug buys from individuals in this area," Springhill Chief of Police and joint task force member Will Lynd said.
