Funeral services will be held for Jonnie Mae Williams Clements, 69, at the Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Tulip Cemetery near Athens.
The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 405 E. 5th St., Homer on Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m.
Mrs. Clements was born May 15, 1943 in Bienville Parish to John Albert Williams and Maggie McLaughlin Williams. She entered into rest Tuesday, January 29 at Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Clements was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert Williams and Earl Williams.
Survivors include her husband, Leamon Clements of Athens; one daughter, Rena Vestal and husband, Robert of Jonesboro; two sons, Mark Clements and wife, Kim of Sibley and Gary Clements and wife, Jodi of Haynesville; sister, Annie Laura Martin of Gansville; brother, Charles "Red" Williams of Jonesboro; 10 grandchildren, Brittany Vestal, Jeremy Kirkham, Dustin Clements and fiancé, Hannah, Collin Vestal and wife, Tiffany, Lindsay Clements, Clayton McBroom, Mikal Vestal, Tanner McBroom, Jesse Clements and Jordan Clements; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Honorary pallbearers will be Roland Liles, Ronnie Liles, Larry White and John Hurst.
