Nineteen-day-old infant suffered multiple fractures
Parents of a 19-day-old baby are in custody and the infant is now in the care of the Office of Child Protection.
Bryant Stanley Lyons, 29, and Catherine Easter, 22, both of William Brown Road in Minden were charged with second degree cruelty to a juvenile.
