A group of concerned citizens has made it their business to help put an illegal narcotics salesman out of business.
Braviante "Pookie" Ferrell, 26, of the 500 block of Rural Road in Ringgold was arrested by Minden police over the weekend and charged with distribution of Sch. II (crack) cocaine and possession of CDS Sch. II (Lortab).
