Minden little leaguers close out season

The Dream Chasers (6-0) won the 7&8 Boys division, and Devine Services (6-0) won the 9&10 Boys. Patillo's Tar Heels (9-0) won the 11 & 12 Boys division, while the Heat won the tournament.

For the girls, Kennon's Angels (5-3) won the 7&8 Girls division and Cooksey's Tax Service (7-1) won the 11 to 14 Girls division.

7&8 year old boys
Bulls 21, 3 C's 20

Jaiveon Harris scored 18 points to lead the Bulls/ Eddie Markray scored two and RicTavious Harris had one.

Deonte Jackson led 3 C's with 12 points. Montavios Maddos scored four and Makel Hawk and Michael Woodford bothh had two.

Dream Chasers 22, Triple Threat 15

DaDrail Chatman led the Dream Chasers with eight points. Ty'Darrium Coreen and Ta'Keviunte Kidd both had six. Tavreyes Jonesd added two.

Kameron Wilson led the Triple Threat with 13 points and Jaylin Williams had two.

9&10 year old boys

Minden's Finest 51, GB&T 9

Aldravion Taylor led the Finest with 31 points and Travis Cross scored six. Tyler Jefferson and Daiquiri Powell both scored five points and Jyrrell McClendon had four.

Shondell Gill led GB&T with seven points and Kameron Edwards scored two.

7-10 year old girls

St. Rest 8, Kennon's Angels 5

D'Metriana Ward and Yasmine Rogers both scored four points to lead St. Rest.

Keyunna Jones had five points for the Angels.

Kennon's Angels 10, Dream Team 12

Keyunna Jones and Brianna Davis each scored four points to lead the Angels,a nd Reagan Lee added two.

Jada Franklin led the Dream Team with 10 points and Jadan Gray scored two.

11-14 year old girls

Homer Little Sparks 25, VPW 21

Quessy McNiel led Homer with 10 points and Whitney Aubrey and LaDiamond Williams both scored four. Stantavia Hamilton and Aslynn Williams both scored three points and Ny'Asea Bursey scored one.

Ebony Pugh led VPW with 12 points and Kennedy Dent scored five. Shuntorri Rodgers added four points.

Cookey's Tax Service 58, VPW 37

Shamorrow Whiting scored 22 and Sha'Tera Batton had 21 to lead Cooksey's. Derrica Gilbert scored seven and Tayler Banks had five. Destini Powell added three points.

Ebony Pugh led VPW with 27 points and Zimaya Manning both had four. Kennedy Dent scored two.
