Program brings in new employees for Minden company

Program brings in new employees for Minden company

Twenty new employees have found a work home with Clement Industries, thanks to a job fair and course linked to a partnership with the local company, Northwest Louisiana Technical College and Louisiana Economic Development Fast Start.

"The curriculum that was used for these FCAW courses was exactly what was needed to ensure candidates would be provided with the knowledge to be successful welders for our company," Clement Industries Plant Manager Les Quay said.
