7th Explo employee surrenders to authorities

CAMP MINDEN - Former Explo Systems employee Clifford Morrison surrendered to authorities at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center just after 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin said that at one time, Morrison was manager of the Explo/Camp Minden operation.

“When Terry Wright was hired, Morrison stepped back down,” Marvin said. “His background is in engineering.”
