Fate of proposed bed and breakfast to be decided Thursday

The fate of a proposed bed and breakfast/entertainment venue at 1114 Broadway will be in the hands of the Minden Planning Commission Thursday.

The five-person zoning board, chaired by Sarah Haynes, meets at 10 a.m. at Minden City Hall to hear both sides of what has been described as a controversial issue in the heart of the city's historic district.
