Students across the parish should begin preparing their entries for the annual Spring Arts Festival art contest, which showcases the "most talented students in the region."
"We have added a new incentive for entering your art this year," said Laura Spillers, co-chair for this year's children's creative contests. "More than $1,000 in cash and prizes will be offered the top winners in this year's contests."
