Crimson Tide ready for the Jam

Minden High to meet Ruston Saturday night in jamboree

The Minden Crimson Tide moves closer to opening their 2012 football season, as they head to Ruston to take part in the Jam at the Joe jamboree.

The Tide will play the Ruston Bearcats in the final game of the night at Joe Ailett Stadium on the campus of Louisiana Tech.

'Ruston is going to be a big test for us," Minden High head coach Randy Peters said. "They're always well coached and they have some good-sized kids. We've got our hands full again, but our kids have a good attitude and have been working hard."


Lady Apaches split pair of games
