A bit of inconvenience for drivers will soon make a more pleasant trip on U.S. Highway 80 between Minden and Dixie Inn.
Dixie Inn Police Chief Jim Edwards said road work will begin Wednesday to overlay the roadway between the edge of the Minden city limits through his town to the McIntyre Bridge.
