Lakeside improves to 2-0

CAMPTI—The Lakeside Warriors beat Lakeview, 36-31 Friday to improve to 2-0. But head coach Joey Pesses doesn't want his team to rest on that.

"We're 2-0 for what that's worth," Pesses said with a laugh. "Being 2-0 is better than being 0-2, but we have a long way to go."

That said, Pesses couldn't be happier with his team.
