Tigers down Crimson Tide

BENTON — The Minden Crimson Tide dropped a 2-1 decision to Benton High School on Tuesday, which dropped the Tide into second place in district.

It was a close game throughout, as Benton scored an unearned run in the bottom of the first and Minden came back to tie it in the second. Benton scored the game's final run in the bottom of the third. Both Benton runs were unearned, scoring after Minden errors.
