Ceiling vote floors state delegation

At least a portion of Louisiana's delegation to Washington was split in a vote on raising the nation's debt ceiling, with Congressman John Fleming and Sen. David Vitter voting against the measure, and Sen. Mary Landrieu voting in favor.

President Barack Obama signed the bill Tuesday afternoon.
