Police Blotter: October 23-28

The following arrests were made by Minden Police the week of October 23 through October 28.

October 23

Rex Renard West, Jr., 20, of the 100 block of Emerald Drive, Homer, was arrested for theft of goods.

October 24

Kimberly Hortman, 23, of the 400 block of Whitlock, was arrested on a bench warrant for speeding and as a fugitive from the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office.

John Brewer, III, 30, of the 400 block of Whitlock, was arrested as a fugitive from the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office.

Maria Ann Wynne, 29, of the 5200 block of Hwy. 79, Homer, was arrested for no insurance, driving while intoxicated with child endangerment, speeding (51/35), two counts of resisting an officer, expired motor vehicle identification and as a fugitive from the Claiborne Parish Sheriff's Office.

Randy Swift, 29, of the 5200 block of Hwy. 79, Homer, was arrested for resisting an officer and as a sexual offender without possession of identification and on a probation and parole hold.

Richard Vines, 31, of the 700 block of Hwy. 615, Shongaloo, was arrested for resisting an officer and as a fugitive from the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office.

Amber Bryan, 17, of the 100 block of Noles Landing Road, Sibley, was arrested for theft of goods.

Kelsey Barnes, 17, of the 600 block of N. Main, Sibley, was arrested for theft of goods.

Randal Jinks, 26, Delhi, was arrested for hit and run and driving under suspension.

October 27

Rhonda J. Roach, 31, of the 1000 block of Center Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace (intoxication).

Casey McNeill, 17, of the 1300 block of Horseshoe Loop, Doyline, was arrested for remaining after being forbidden, possession of CDS in a drug-free zone, possession of CDS Sch. IV (Clonazepam).
