A Springhill recording artist is singing like a jailbird after his arrest on drug charges.
Members of the North Webster Drug Task Force arrested Cotis Markray, Jr. (aka Nimp-P), 38, of the 100 block of Mill Pond Road. He is charged with possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
