JONESBORO—The Lakeside Lady Warriors improved to 4-2 in district play, as they defeated Jonesboro-Hodge, 10-3 on Tuesday.
Madison Winkle improved to 11-10 on the year with seven strong innings on the mound. She gave up just four hits and struck out eight.
Jennifer Smart went four-four-four with a double, two singles and a home run. Paige Osborn doubled and drove in three runs.
