Fishermen caught with copper wire

Two illegal fishermen have been snagged on private property by Webster Parish Sheriff’s deputies.

Arrested were Earl A. Pauley, 38, of Minden and Randal C. Person, 32, for felony theft and criminal trespassing, according to Sheriff Gary Sexton.
