Easter Story Cookies

I have a dear cousin, Barbara Engelman, that lives in Seguin, Texas. Many years ago as youth, she and other cousins would spend weeks with us during the summers.
We would play board and card games. My mother would even let us play Ping-Pong on our good dining room table. It was a miracle that we did not break her beautiful stained glass china cabinet. Barbara and I share many precious memories of those days.

Barbara lives alone in a deeply wooded area. She is a very self-sufficient, independent person. She can do anything she sets her mind and heart to do. Her children call her "Superwoman."
