Fibrebond employee arrested for theft

A former employee of a local manufacturing firm has been charged with stealing more than $60,000 worth of tools and other items during the more than two years he worked at the plant.

Chief of police Steve Cropper said Jamaal Lamont Miller, 31, who lives in the 1300 block of Villaggio Boulevard in Bossier City, is being held at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center on a $100,000 bond.
