Graveside services for Maxine Seegers Rosier will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Lane Memorial Cemetery in Sibley under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Jeff Chandler. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. today (Monday, June 20, 2011) at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Maxine was born March 30, 1925 in Heflin and entered into rest June 18, 2011 in Minden.
Her son, Jerry Hamm; grandson, Michael Haynie; parents, Floyd and Gussie Seegers; sister, Joy Shelton; brothers, E.M. Seegers and Floyd Seegers, Jr.; and niece, Dianne Roton Chandler preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Chandler and husband, Allen Ray of Sibley; grandchildren, Dianna Monroe of Ringgold, Tony Chandler of Ringgold and Danielle and Christopher Hamm of Rayne; great-grandchild, Hailee Chandler of Ringgold; very special great-great-granddaughter, the light of her life Faithlyn Chandler, Gracie Lynn Hamm and Braydon Hamm of Rayne; nephews, Danny and Rusty Roton of Haughton; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mark Monroe, Tony Chandler, Christopher Hamm, Ben Roton, Jacob Roton, Danny Roton and Rusty Roton.
