A Shreveport man is in a Webster Parish jail today for taking a limousine for a joy ride and neglecting to return it.
Dennis C. Small, 17, of the 1700 block of Alma Street, Shreveport, is charged with illegal possession of stolen things over $500, theft of a motor vehicle over $1,000 and as a fugitive from Shreveport Police Department on a robbery charge.
