Mini Divas, Little Drillers get Darlings league wins

Results from Thursday's little league softball action from the Minden Recreation Complex


Mini Divas 17, Kennon Krushers 10

Sydney Robinson singled, doubled and homered and Haley Self singled and homered to lead the Mini Divas. Evelyn Butler, Ella Floyd and Sarah Mosley all had three hits, and Emma Earnhardt, Camille Marvin, Hannah Mosley and Elynn Kate Boothe each had two hits. Caylum Lewis added a double.

Keamber Franklin had three hits to lead the Krushers. Alyssa Oubre doubled and tripled and Anointess Scott tripled. Christian Moore, Elisabeth Cage, Shae Harrison, Sarah Dobbs and Serenity Bryant all had two hits. Destiny Franklin and Ada Gilbert both singled.

Little Drillers 21, Outpost Wipeouts 12

Katelin Weston had two singles and a home run to lead the Little Drillers. Ashton Franks, Laney Taylor and Molly Seales all had three hits. Miranda Crabtree, Kimber Norment, Haliegh Cooper, Brianna Davis, Lillian Jolly and Kinzley Norment all had two hits. Riley Swint tripled and Gentry Freeman and Adien Jeffus both singled.

Gracis Silvils and Piper Stephens both singled and homered to lead the Wipeouts. Allie Citrano and madeline Dunn both had three hits and Addison Thomas and Ashley Banks both had two. Anna Wells and Lola Dunn added base hits.


Extreme 14 13, Twisted Sister 0

Tia Warren, Ky Jones, Ty Shehee and Kirsten Laurence all homered for Extreme 14. My Manning tripled and Kelsey Giddens doubled. India Markray added a single.

Kami Bumgardner struck out five batters to lead Twisted Sister. Ainsley Maness and Katie Wright both singled.

Pony Express 7, Bayou Bells 5

Paige Sanders struck out seven batters and singled and homered to lead Pony Express. Arianna Franklin doubled and Taylor Laday, Abigail Johnson and Bridget Morgan all singled.

Kacee Nixon struck out five batters to lead the Bells. McKenna Edge and Alyssa Valentine both singled.


BMS 18, Twisted Sister 0

Olivia Osborne struck out five batters and singled to lead BMS. Karlee Osbon added a base hit.

LeLe Cooper struck out five batters and Madison Blakely singled for Twisted Sister.


Game 1: Rebels 9, Glenbrook 0

Molly Wilson struck out six batters, doubled twice and tripled to lead the Rebels. Heather Giddings, Holly Raley and Anna Cox all singled.

Lucille P. (no last name provided) struck out 10 batters to lead Glenbrook. Shelby Nicholas singled.

Game 2: Glenbrook 5, Rebels 1

Jessica Mangrum struck out eight batters to lead Glenbrook. Shelby Nicholas ripped a triple and Lucille P. Heather Schenck and Sunni Wilson all singled.

Molly Wilson struck out eight batters to lead the Rebels. Rebecca Prosperie doubled and Holly Raley singled.

Game 1: Castor 13, Glenbrook 1

Lori Wallace struck out six batters and doubled to lead castor. Faith Noles had three hits and Katelynn Giddens, Kallie and Kerri Wafer all had two. Taylor Jinks, Brianna Bolinger and Kolleen Joyner all singled.

Melody Hanson doubled and Kayla Nicholas singled for Glenbrook.

Game 2: Glenbrook 8, Castor 6

Lucille P. (no last name provided) struck out eight batters to lead Glenbrook. Kayla Nicholas, Shelby Nicholas, Sunni Wilson, Leanna Cooper and Heather Schenck all doubled. Peyton Ruple, Jessica Mangrum and Melody Hanson all singled.

Katelynn Giddens, Lori Wallace and Faith Noles all had two hits for Castor. Brianna Bolinger doubled and Taylor Jinks singles. Kallie (no last name provide) also singled.
