Man caught with drugs during random check

Minden Police joined with state Probation and Parole Thursday to arrest a local man on drug charges.

Justin Hampton, 25, of the 700 block of West Street, was arrested for felony possession of CDS Sch. I marijuana, second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
