Travel expenses still irk one parish school board member
Twice, Webster Parish School Board member Robert Holloway has made money-saving suggestions to eliminate or reduce travel expenses, and twice the board has voted against placing limits on travel.
"I have received numerous phone calls from my community," Holloway said at a May board meeting. "It is very important to them, and to me, to limit travel expenses during this time of financial responsibility."
