Before the Ventura's could hit the highway, they were arrested this week by the North Webster Drug Task Force.
Thirty-four-year-old Susan Lynn Ventura, of the 1000 block of Baker Street, Springhill was taken into custody at a sandwich shop in Springhill, while 37-year-old Efren J. Ventura was arrested at the residence they shared by Springhill Police Det. Ronald Wedgeworth, Police Chief Will Lynd and Webster Parish Sheriff's Lt. Shawn Baker.
